A OK Credit Repair is committed to dealing with concerns fairly, promptly and respectfully.
Making a complaint is free.
You do not need to use the word “complaint”, complete a special form or put your complaint in legal language. If you tell us that you are dissatisfied with our service or conduct and you expect us to respond or resolve the issue, we will treat the matter appropriately as a complaint.
How to make a complaint
You can make a complaint by contacting:
A OK Credit Repair
Email: complaints@aokcreditrepair.com.au
Phone: 0433 707 749
You may make your complaint verbally or in writing.
Please provide enough information for us to understand:
- what happened;
- why you are dissatisfied; and
- what outcome you would like us to consider.
If you need reasonable assistance to make or explain a complaint, please let us know.
How complaints about our regulated credit activities are handled
A OK Credit Repair is an Authorised Credit Representative, CRN 580699, of Edward Griffith trading as Debt Management Services, Australian Credit Licence 533933.
As an Authorised Credit Representative, complaints relating to the regulated credit activities we provide are covered by the internal dispute resolution process of our authorising credit licensee, Debt Management Services.
A complaint about our regulated credit activities received by A OK Credit Repair will therefore be recorded and referred to Debt Management Services for handling under that internal dispute resolution process.
We will cooperate with the licensee and provide information reasonably required to investigate and resolve the complaint.
What happens after a complaint is received?
Receipt of a complaint will be acknowledged promptly, generally within 24 hours or one business day, or as soon as practicable.
The complaint will be considered fairly and relevant information may be requested from you where reasonably necessary.
For complaints subject to the licensee's internal dispute resolution obligations, a written response will generally be provided within 30 calendar days of the complaint being received, unless a different timeframe or an exception applies under applicable law or ASIC requirements.
Where a formal internal dispute resolution response is required, it will explain the outcome of the complaint and, where appropriate, the reasons for that outcome and your right to take the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
