A OK Credit Repair speaks with you, reviews your credit report from Equifax and Experian (and CreditorWatch for business listings), and tells you exactly what we can and can't help with. No cost, no obligation.

Investigation
For each listing we take on, we gather evidence and check whether the creditor and bureau have met their obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Credit Reporting Code.
- 03
Dispute & negotiate
We lodge formal disputes with the listing party and the bureau, citing the specific obligations they must meet. Where correspondence is required, we handle it on your behalf.
- 04
Resolution
Where a listing is removed or corrected, you receive written confirmation. A OK Credit Repair's success fees are payable only when an agreed success stage is achieved — that is our no win, no fee arrangement.
How long does it take?
Most disputes are resolved within 30 – 90 days, though timeframes vary depending on the listing, the creditor and the complexity of the file. We will give you a realistic estimate at the assessment stage and keep you updated throughout.
Fees & success criteria
Fees are agreed in writing before any fee-bearing work begins, and are only payable when an agreed successful outcome is achieved. If the outcome is not reached, the fee for that stage is not payable.
